nwpk Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms and Applicability

This terms and conditions document (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") governs the use of the nwpk platform and all its services. By browsing the nwpk website, creating an account, or using any game or service, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Account Registration and Management

To enjoy the full services on nwpk, you need to create a personal account. At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information.

  • A valid email address or mobile number
  • Preferred username and a strong password

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. nwpk reserves the right to cancel all accounts if a single person is found to have multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are operated from the same family or household, nwpk support must be notified in advance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your account details with anyone else or allowing a third party to operate your account is strictly prohibited.

Warning: Never share your password or login details with anyone. No nwpk representative will ever ask for your password.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nwpk may request documents (a photo of your National ID, passport, or driving license) for identity verification at any time. This verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request or during large transactions. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Age Restriction: nwpk is for persons aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 will be allowed to create an account or play games.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

nwpk processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in other currencies, the prevailing exchange rate may apply.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 15x (15 times) the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be completed.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus. Once you place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000, the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each player may claim each promotion only once.
  • Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another account.
  • Only the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is completed.
  • Attempting to use bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The nwpk VIP program has five tiers, and regular weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze tier — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver tier — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold tier — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum tier — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Diamond tier — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and relationship with the platform. No specific turnover thresholds apply; instead, your regular participation and membership duration are taken into account.

6. Gameplay and Fairness Policy

6.1 RNG and Fairness

8. Prohibited Activities

If any of the above activities are detected, all balances in the account (both bonus and deposited) will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
